Financial contributions and assistance

There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for.

Costs to consider include:

  • uniforms

  • school books and equipment

  • excursions

  • co-curricular activities.

Voluntary school contributions

Like all NSW public schools, we can request contributions to enhance our educational and sporting programs including elective subjects. School contributions help provide additional educational resources for the benefit of students. Payment is voluntary.

For more information, visit the Voluntary School Contribution policy.

Financial assistance

If you are unable to pay school contributions because of financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance from the school.

Our principal will ensure no student or family suffers any discrimination or embarrassment over the inability to pay school contributions.

The "Make A Payment" - Parent Payment Portal is now active, and payments can now be made through the "Make A Payment" icon above.

Please ensure that the correct reference is used (so administration staff can identify what the payment is for). It can take up to 3 business days for the school to receive notification of the payment from Westpac, so as soon as the payee receives the confirmation email, please then forward this directly to the school email.

The school's email address is - toronto-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au

Alternatively,  you can phone the school and advise your payment and receipt details. This is very important where there is a "cut off" date or limited numbers for an excursion.

Please click on the link for full instructions on how to use this Parent Payment Portal.

Make A Payment Instructions (DOC 100KB)

Our school may also send out student statement of accounts directly to parents/carers email using a platform called School Bytes. These email's will include a link to make a secure payment through the Westpac Parent Online Payment (POP) system.

Follow the steps in the School Bytes Online Payment Guide to pay using the link in the email you received.

Please note: to ensure privacy of your card details and sensitive information we are unable to accept payments over the phone or via email.
