Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE)
The Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) Faculty provides students with opportunities to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to live healthy, active and balanced lives. Across the faculty, students engage in both classroom learning and practical experiences that explore health and wellbeing, relationships, physical activity, fitness, family dynamics, and the role of sport and community in society.
Through this broad focus, students examine the factors that influence individual and collective wellbeing, the importance of supportive families and communities, and the value of active lifestyles. These learning experiences encourage students to make informed choices, develop resilience, and contribute positively to their own lives and the lives of others.
